Quality Control Stages
- IQC - Incoming Quality Control
- IPQC - In-Process Quality Control
- FQC - Final Quality Control
- QA - Quality Assurance
Where A Product Starts

Mechanical design work in the R and D department, before any tooling is cut.

Housing and internal layout developed on screen against the platform that will carry the product.

Control board development for the platform that will run under the housing.

Board level test and debug during development, before the design is released to the line.

Laboratory instruments used for electrical and reliability testing.

Dimensional measurement of a moulded part against the drawing.
Four Inspection Stages Between A Raw Material And Your Container
25 QC staff run these stages under an ISO 9001:2015 system.
IQC - Incoming Quality Control
Tests the physical and chemical performance of every raw material and records supplier quality. Materials that meet the standard go to the warehouse; those that do not are rejected.
IPQC - In-Process Quality Control
QC stations are set up at every process step on the line so that a defect is caught at the station that created it rather than at final assembly.
FQC - Final Quality Control
Finished goods are inspected to the AQL standard, or 100% inspected when the programme calls for it.
QA - Quality Assurance
Wear, tear and misuse testing, plus a warehouse inspection of the packed goods before delivery.
Raw material testing, PCBA testing and aging testing are carried out at 100 percent. Defective rate can be within 0.3-0.8%.
Certification And Supplier Control
As an ISO 9001:2015 manufacturer, all of our suppliers must be approved by our engineering department, our QC department and our purchase department. Materials and components from suppliers are checked by IQC; those meeting the standard are sent to the warehouse and those that do not are rejected.
On the production line we run primary tests for materials and components, tests for semi-finished articles and tests for finished products. Items accepted after in-process tests still undergo the reliability test before packing, and another QA inspection takes place after that.
