Our Production Line
From the beginning we have run a scientific quality control system and a rigid inspection procedure, strictly implementing ISO 9001.
We have established several dust-free automatic production lines by relying on advanced manufacturing technologies and gradually connecting to the world through a series of management reforms. We provide systematic and integrated solutions ranging from design, manufacturing and assembly to after-sales services.
In addition, we can rapidly optimise purchases, smoothly achieve logistics and effectively reduce costs. We have established a quick market response capability and a sales network distributed across the globe.

Every Photograph Captioned
Sixteen photographs of our own plant. Each caption says what the picture shows and why it matters to your order.

Surface-mount line placing components on the control boards that go into every diffuser, toothbrush, purifier and adapter we build.

Wave soldering station for through-hole components and connector headers on power and control boards.

One of the dust-free automatic production lines built up as the plant moved from manual to semi-automatic assembly.

Operator assembly station with per-station in-process quality control, so a defect is caught where it is created.

Second assembly line running a separate programme in parallel with the first.

Line layout showing the flow from component feed through assembly to final inspection.

Segregated rework area. Units that fail in-process inspection are pulled here rather than passed down the line.

Electrical test equipment used for PCBA testing before assembly continues.

Test bench used for functional checks and aging tests on finished assemblies.

Production floor of the plant between QingXi Town, Dongguan and XiangAn Industrial Park, Xiamen.

Component staging ahead of the line. Materials reach this point only after passing incoming quality control.

Automatic packing station. Packed goods are inspected again in the warehouse before delivery.

Packing line feeding the warehouse, where the final quality assurance inspection takes place.

The research and development office. New product design work starts here before any tooling is cut.

Engineering desks inside the R and D department that supports OEM and ODM programmes.

The office team that answers enquiries within one hour and runs order follow-up.
Four Inspection Stages Between A Raw Material And Your Container
25 QC staff run these stages under an ISO 9001:2015 system.
IQC - Incoming Quality Control
Tests the physical and chemical performance of every raw material and records supplier quality. Materials that meet the standard go to the warehouse; those that do not are rejected.
IPQC - In-Process Quality Control
QC stations are set up at every process step on the line so that a defect is caught at the station that created it rather than at final assembly.
FQC - Final Quality Control
Finished goods are inspected to the AQL standard, or 100% inspected when the programme calls for it.
QA - Quality Assurance
Wear, tear and misuse testing, plus a warehouse inspection of the packed goods before delivery.
Raw material testing, PCBA testing and aging testing are carried out at 100 percent. Defective rate can be within 0.3-0.8%.
