Incoming material control
Physical and chemical performance testing of raw materials, with supplier quality recorded. Approved material goes to the warehouse, rejected material does not.
SMT and wave soldering
Boards are populated on the SMT line and through-hole parts are wave soldered.
PCBA testing
100 percent PCBA testing before the board goes into an assembly.
Assembly
Assembly on the automatic lines with a QC station at every process step.
Aging test
Aging testing on finished assemblies before packing.
Packing and warehouse QA
Automatic packing, then a warehouse inspection of the packed goods before delivery.
