25 QC staff run these stages under an ISO 9001:2015 system.
IQC - Incoming Quality Control
Tests the physical and chemical performance of every raw material and records supplier quality. Materials that meet the standard go to the warehouse; those that do not are rejected.
IPQC - In-Process Quality Control
QC stations are set up at every process step on the line so that a defect is caught at the station that created it rather than at final assembly.
FQC - Final Quality Control
Finished goods are inspected to the AQL standard, or 100% inspected when the programme calls for it.
QA - Quality Assurance
Wear, tear and misuse testing, plus a warehouse inspection of the packed goods before delivery.
Raw material testing, PCBA testing and aging testing are carried out at 100 percent. Defective rate can be within 0.3-0.8%.
