Pieces per carton against carton volume

The J-001 packs 60 pieces into a 52.5 x 32 x 49.5 cm carton. The J-102 packs 18 sets into a 52.5 x 35.5 x 51 cm carton. The cartons are close in size; the piece count is not. That ratio, not the unit price, is what sets sea freight cost per unit.

Net weight against gross weight

The J-002 is 133 g net and 180 g with its package. Nearly a third of the shipped weight is packaging. For air freight on a launch quantity, that is the number to attack first.

Colour box versus carton

A colour box only slightly larger than the product - 110 x 110 x 85 mm around a 105 x 105 x 84 mm J-002 - keeps the master carton tight. A generous colour box multiplies through the whole container.

Ask for the figures before the sample

Every model in our catalogue publishes product size, colour box size, net and gross weight, pieces per carton, carton size and carton weight. Ask for those six figures on any diffuser you are quoting; if a supplier cannot give them, the quotation is not finished.
