Quality Assurance and Compliance
An ISO 9001:2015 system, 25 QC staff and four inspection stages between a raw material and your container.
Quality is organised as four named stages rather than one final check. Incoming quality control tests raw materials and records supplier quality. In-process quality control puts a QC site at every process step. Final quality control inspects finished goods to AQL or at 100 percent. Quality assurance tests for wear, tear and misuse, and inspects the goods in the warehouse before delivery.
All suppliers must be approved by the engineering department, the QC department and the purchasing department before their material is used. On the line there are primary tests for materials and components, tests for semi-finished articles and tests for finished products. Items accepted after in-process testing still undergo the reliability test before packing, followed by another QA inspection.

The Plant Behind This Service

Surface-mount line placing components on the control boards that go into every diffuser, toothbrush, purifier and adapter we build.

Wave soldering station for through-hole components and connector headers on power and control boards.

One of the dust-free automatic production lines built up as the plant moved from manual to semi-automatic assembly.

Operator assembly station with per-station in-process quality control, so a defect is caught where it is created.

Second assembly line running a separate programme in parallel with the first.

Line layout showing the flow from component feed through assembly to final inspection.
