SL-TJ-01 Screw Trailer Jack With 50000 lb Static Capacity
SL-TJ-01 is the lightest jack in the S&L range and the only one without wheels. At 35 lb it is carried out to a parked trailer by one person, set on its 14 inch dome base and wound up on a 1.5 inch acme screw to take nose weight off the landing gear.

The dome-shaped base is the defining feature. At 14 inches diameter it spreads load over a wider footprint than a flat plate of the same weight, which is what keeps the jack stable on a yard surface that is not perfectly level.
Above the base sits a 3 inch heavy duty steel tube, welded on, with a steel collar carrying a 1.5 inch diameter cold rolled steel screw cut with an acme thread. Acme is the coarse square-ish thread used where a screw has to carry load rather than locate a part precisely.
The screw is 10 inches long and gives 7 inches of usable adjustment, taking the jack from a 44 inch to a 51 inch working height. That range covers standard trailer nose heights without a packing block.
Static capacity is 50,000 lb. This is a stabilising rating, not a lifting one, which is the distinction to hold on to when comparing it with the ratchet models in the range.
