PVC Arc Floor Trunking for Cable Crossings
Arc floor trunking has a curved top so a cable crossing a floor can be walked over and wheeled over instead of taped down. The profile spreads the load and gives a shallow ramp on both sides rather than an edge to trip on.

- First Inspection on the opening batch of every mould and colour run
- IPQC in-process checks on wall thickness, profile shape and colour while the line runs
- Final Inspection on packed goods before the container is loaded

Comparison
Against taping a cable to the floor, the arc profile removes the trip hazard and the daily re-taping. Against a heavy rubber cable protector it is lighter, cheaper and better looking indoors, but it is not made for vehicle traffic.
Use Guide
- Check the run is clear and flat before laying the profile
- Lay the cable in the channel without tension so it does not lift the profile
- Butt lengths tightly so there is no raised joint in a walkway
- Remove and store lengths when the temporary circuit is finished

No. It is an indoor pedestrian profile. For vehicle traffic use a purpose made heavy duty protector.

It is usually laid loose so it can be removed; adhesive can be used where the run is semi permanent.
What colours are available?
White is standard; other colours as an OEM order.
