A Five Year Investment Plan With A Vehicle Manufacturer
In 2014 we established a strategic partnership with a well known domestic vehicle manufacturer and launched a five year strategic investment plan.

Supporting an automotive program meant adding equipment and capacity faster than a mold shop normally grows, while keeping the precision standards our medical work depends on.
Customer Pain Points
- Capacity that would have capped out midway through a multi year program
- Precision standards that are easy to state and hard to hold while scaling
- Mold repair turnaround long enough to stop a customer production line
Our Solution
What We Did
Investment went into new equipment year after year through the plan, raising processing capacity and quality together. In 2018 we added a high precision mold division focused on medical and electronic products, and in 2020 we took the entire park and built a new automated injection molding workshop.

Supply Chain
How It Was Coordinated
Growing the tool room and the molding floor on the same site kept repair turnaround inside our own walls.
Quality Control
The same ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 13485:2016 systems cover automotive and medical work rather than running as two standards.
Final Result
A plant of 16000 square metres and 260 people across four divisions, with an annual mold output value of 60 million RMB.
Customer Benefit
Capacity that grew with the program instead of capping it, and a precision standard set by the medical side of the business.
