Questions About Documents
Why are there no direct PDF links?
Because a certificate circulating with no idea who holds it is not useful to either of us. Email the request and the document comes back the same working day in most cases.
Can we get the certificates before a first order?
Yes. Certification documents are sent to any serious enquiry, before quotation if you need them for a supplier file.
Do you sign a non disclosure agreement?
Yes, and we prefer to have one in place before you send drawings. Send your own template and we will review it rather than insisting on ours.
