How It Is Made
Artwork becomes a mould drawing, the drawing becomes an aluminium tool, colour is laid into the cavities one colour at a time, and heat cures the whole part into a single soft body. The fixing, a magnet recess, a ring eyelet or a strap anchor, is designed into the body rather than added afterwards.
Finished parts are checked against the approved reference sample held here, not against a photograph or a colour description.

Use Guide
Wipe clean with a damp cloth. The surface is closed, so it does not absorb dirt the way a porous material would. Keep out of prolonged direct sunlight in shop windows where possible.
Some stainless steel and aluminium clad appliance doors are not magnetic at all. In markets where those are common, a line on the packaging saves customer complaints.

Can a single-colour design still look premium?
Yes, and often more so. When colour is removed, the surface engraving carries the piece, which is why single-colour designs need a well-cut tool rather than a cheap one.
Can this design be produced in our own colours?
Yes. A colour change on an existing mould such as RC-TS26 is a production setup change rather than new tooling, which makes it the cheapest customisation available. Supply Pantone references rather than colour names.
Can our logo or a place name be added?
