Every Track Rail We Build
The rail is the part that decides how many lighting groups a shop can switch and whether the heads will actually lock in. We supply three-wire rail on single-phase 220V in black and white, and a 16A four-wire rail built to the same section size as Nordic Track. Buying rail and heads from the same factory removes the adapter mismatch that only shows up when the installer is already on a ladder.

Can I mix three-wire and four-wire parts?
No. The systems are not interchangeable. Decide the wire count first, then order rail and heads to match it.
What lengths do you stock?
1 metre, 1.5 metre, 2 metre and 3 metre on both rails. Tell us the mix per order.
Will your rail fit my existing track?
The four-wire rail is sized to match Nordic Track. Send a photo of the rail end and the head adapter and we will confirm before production.
How many heads can I put on one run?
Total the head wattage and keep it inside the rail current rating. The four-wire rail is rated 16A.
Can I get the rail in a custom colour?
Yes, through our own powder coating plant. Black and white are standard.
Do you supply rail and heads together?
Yes, and we recommend it. It is the simplest way to guarantee that the adapters fit.
