Consolidated Container Sourcing
Five product divisions loaded into one container on one loading plan, one inspection and one bill of lading.
Why This Matters
Most importers in our markets buy across categories. A builders' merchant needs plywood, film faced panel and granite. A truck parts distributor needs tyres, pumps and batteries. Buying each from a separate supplier means separate orders, separate inspections, separate freight and separate risk.
How It Works Step by Step
Requirement and size breakdown
You send the list — sizes, quantities, glue classes, part numbers. We come back with what is available across all five divisions and what needs a lead time.
Loading plan before the order
Tyres are bulky and light, panels are dense and heavy, granite is heavy and fragile. The loading plan decides what actually fits, and it is worked out before you commit, not after.
Consolidation at one warehouse
Goods from the Dalian and Shanghai operations are brought together at the loading point so that one container is stuffed once, not part-loaded at two locations.
Inspection before the doors close
Counts, sizes, part numbers and visible condition are checked against the packing list at the point of stuffing.
One document set
One commercial invoice, one packing list, one bill of lading. One set of documents to clear rather than four.
Other Ways We Work
OEM Cross Reference and Part Identification
Identifying the right pump from the number stamped on the unit you are replacing, not from the truck model.
How it works →SolutionQuality Control and Pre Shipment Inspection
What is actually checked, by whom, and at which point in the process, for each of the five divisions.
How it works →SolutionLegacy and Hard to Find Fitments
The sizes and references that mainstream catalogues have dropped, for vehicle parcs that are still working.
How it works →Questions About Consolidated Container Sourcing
Can I mix tyres and wood panels in one container?
Yes. Weight and volume have to be balanced — tyres fill volume and panels fill weight — which is what the loading plan is for.
Do I need to order a full container of each product?
No. The minimum is a viable container load in total, not per product line.
Who arranges the shipping?
Shipping terms are agreed with the order. Send your destination port and preferred Incoterm with the enquiry.
