Comparison With Other Products
MDF gives a smoother, denser face than particle board and machines cleanly at the edge. Particle board is lighter and lower cost where the edge will be concealed.
Use Guide
- Store flat on a level bearer, not on edge, to prevent bowing
- Seal cut edges before painting — the edge absorbs far more than the face
- Use a fine-tooth blade and score the underside to prevent breakout
