Why This Matters
Quality control means different things in each division. A tyre is checked against a marking standard. A granite slab is checked against an approved sample. A pump is checked against hydraulic data. Treating them the same way is how problems reach the container.
How It Works Step by Step
Pumps — engineering review
Hydraulic pump quality is controlled by engineers with more than twenty years of experience in the field. The check is against displacement, pressure and the OEM reference, not just visual condition.
Tyres — standard and marking
The tyre range is produced against ISO 9001, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO/TS 16949, CCC, DOT and ECE. Markings are verified against the certification the destination market requires.
Granite — procedure control
Our QC staff control every procedure for granite production rather than inspecting only the finished slab, because colour and finish problems cannot be corrected after cutting.
Panels — specification match
Glue class, grade, core species, thickness and sheet size are checked against the order. These are the four variables that are most often substituted.
At the point of stuffing
Counts, part numbers and visible condition are checked against the packing list before the container doors are closed.

Can I appoint a third-party inspection company?
Yes. Third-party inspection can be arranged at the loading point. Tell us at order stage so it can be scheduled.
Which certifications apply to the tyre range?
ISO 9001, ISO 14001 EMS, ISO/TS 16949, CCC, DOT and ECE. Copies are provided with the quotation.
Are samples available before a granite order?
Yes. Physical samples are sent for approval before production begins.
