A Catalogue Fitting Rarely Fits a Real Ceiling
Drops are cut for a showroom, not for your void. Finish schedules change after the fittings are ordered. Lighting from four suppliers arrives in four different golds. Every one of those is a drawing problem, and a drawing problem is solved before production, not after delivery.

Send the ceiling height, the void width or the room size. The fitting is re-drawn to suit and the drawing comes back for your written approval before anything is cut.

What To Check Before You Approve a Drawing
Questions We Are Asked Before a First Order
Can you make a fitting to our own drawing?
Yes. Jedaz proceeds with projects where the customised product follows the drawing you approve. Send the drawing or the dimensions and the engineer team returns a production drawing for your written sign off before anything is made.
Can the size of a catalogue model be changed?
Custom size is available on most items in the catalogue. Tell us the ceiling height, the void width or the room dimension you are working to and we will confirm what can be adjusted on that model.
What finishes can we have?
Chrome and gold are catalogue finishes across most of the lighting range, and other finishes are quoted on request. Crystal fittings also carry a crystal option of Swarovski, Egyptian or K9 crystal.
Do you supply lighting and furniture together?
Yes. Lighting was the first product line and home furnishing was added afterwards, so sofas, accent chairs and pattern rugs can be quoted alongside the fittings for the same room.
Are your fittings suitable for bathrooms or outdoor areas?
Almost every catalogue fitting is rated IP20, which is dry indoor use, with one flush mount model rated IP44. Tell us where the fitting is going and we will confirm whether it suits before you specify it.
How do we get a price?
Send the model numbers, the quantities and any custom sizes on WhatsApp or by email. Quotations are prepared against the specification you send rather than a standard price list.
