Can you build to our drawing?
Yes. Customised products are produced to your approved drawings. Send the drawing and we will return a production drawing for your written approval before production starts.
Can we change the size of a catalogue item?
Yes. Custom size is available on most items in the catalogue. Provide the dimensions and we will confirm if it can be made.
Can we choose the finish for a custom fitting?
Chrome and gold are standard finishes across the lighting range. Other finishes are available on request. Confirm the finish once and it will be applied to the item.
Are alabaster items consistent in colour and texture?
No. Alabaster is a natural stone and variation in colour and texture is expected. This is a characteristic of the material, not a defect.
What happens if we change the drawing after approval?
Any change to the approved drawing requires a new production drawing to be issued and signed off. Contact us via WhatsApp or email to confirm the update.
Do you check the finished item before packing?
Yes. The QC team checks the item against the approved drawing, verifies dimensions, checks finish and colour across the item, and powers up lighting items before packing.
Can you supply a lighting package with multiple custom items?
Yes. Send the drawings for each item and we will produce them to your approved drawings. We can quote and deliver a full package as one order.
