Pendant Lights Questions
Can the drop be adjusted to our ceiling height?
Yes. Two models have adjustable drop. For others, custom size is available. Send the floor to ceiling height and the desired lowest point height, and we draw to your specification.
Which lamp positions are available?
The lamp count is shown in the model code: -3D, -4D, -5D, -7D, -13D. Confirm the number of lamp positions with us at order stage.
Can we change the finish to another colour?
Yes. Gold, satin nickel, black color and brass are standard. Other finishes can be quoted if you send a reference sample.
Are the lamps supplied with the pendant?
The pendant takes E14, G9 or SMD LED+G9 bulbs. Confirm at order stage whether you want lamps supplied or if the site will lamp them.
Can you build to our drawing?
Yes. Customised products are produced to your approved drawing. Send the drawing and the engineer team returns a production drawing for written sign off.
What is the ingress protection rating?
IP20, suitable for dry indoor environments. Let us know if the location is damp or exposed to moisture so we can review alternatives.
