Chandeliers Questions
Can you cut the drop to our ceiling height?
Yes. Custom size is available across the range. Send the floor to ceiling height and the height you want the lowest point to sit at, and the fitting is drawn to suit before production.
Which crystal should we specify?
The range is offered with Swarovski, Egyptian or K9 crystal. Ask us for the price difference across the three on the model you are looking at before you decide.
Can we have gold instead of chrome?
Yes. Chrome and gold are both catalogue finishes on the crystal models. Other finishes can be quoted if you send a reference.
Are the lamps supplied with the fitting?
The chandeliers take E14 lamp holders with LED 3.5W lamps. Confirm with us at order stage whether you want lamps supplied or whether the site is lamping them.
Can you build to an interior designer's drawing?
Yes. Customised products are produced to your approved drawings. Send the drawing and the engineer team returns a production drawing for written sign off.
What ingress protection do these carry?
IP20, which is for dry indoor interiors. Tell us if the location is a pool hall, a covered terrace or anywhere else that is damp so we can look at an alternative.
