Floor Lamps Questions
Can the lamp be made in a different size?
Yes. Custom size is available. Send your required dimensions and the engineer team will draw the lamp to your specification before production.
Are the USB and wireless charging features included in the lamp?
Yes. Models D04 and D03 include USB and wireless charging with an integrated end table. Confirm at order stage if you want these features included.
Can the finish be changed from chrome or polished brass?
Yes. Chrome and polished brass are standard finishes. Other finishes can be quoted if you provide a reference.
What type of lamp holder is used?
The lamps use E27 lamp holders. The number of positions is 1 or 2, as specified in the model details. Confirm at order stage whether you want lamps supplied.
Is the alabaster shade made from natural stone?
Yes. The white alabaster shade is a natural stone. Variation in colour and texture is expected. This is not a manufactured uniform material.
Can you build to our drawing?
Yes. Customised products are produced to your approved drawings. Send the drawing and the engineer team returns a production drawing for written approval.
What is the ingress protection rating?
IP20, suitable for dry indoor interiors. Let us know if the location is damp or exposed to moisture so we can assess alternatives.
