Can you adjust the height of the lamp?
Yes. Custom size is available. Send the desired height and the base dimensions you need, and the drawing is re-drawn for your approval before production.
What finish is available on the base?
The base is available in antique brass, black color or brushed brass. Other finishes can be quoted if you provide a reference.
Is the alabaster shade consistent in colour?
No. Alabaster is a natural stone, so variation in colour and texture is expected. This is normal and part of the material's character.
Which bulb socket is used?
The lamp uses either E27 or E14 socket. The bulb is not included. Confirm at order stage whether you want the socket type specified.
Can you build to our drawing?
Yes. Customised products are produced to your approved drawing. Send the drawing and the engineer team returns a production drawing for written sign off.
Do you supply the bulbs?
No. The bulbs are not included. Confirm with us at order stage whether you want the lamp delivered with the socket fitted but without bulbs.
