Can the size be changed to fit our space?
Yes. Custom size is available on both models. Send the required width and height, and the drawing is re-drawn for your approval before production.
What finish is available on the steel base?
Chrome is standard. Other finishes can be quoted if you provide a reference sample or colour code.
Are the bulbs included?
No. The lamps take one E27 bulb, but the bulbs are not included. Confirm at order stage whether you want them supplied or if the site will provide them.
Can you build to our drawing?
Yes. Customised products are produced to your approved drawings. Send the drawing and the engineer team returns a production drawing for written sign off.
What is the lamp holder type?
The lamp takes one E27 lamp holder. Confirm at order stage whether you want a different type or if the site will use a different bulb.
Is the lamp suitable for a damp location?
IP20 is for dry indoor use. If the location is a covered terrace or a bathroom, let us know so we can review the options.
Can the fabric shade be changed?
The shade is fabric as standard. Other fabric types or colours can be discussed if you send a sample or reference.
