
Building a Hospital Herb Decoction Centre That Clears the Session
A hospital decoction room is a throughput problem before it is an equipment problem. The dispensing window closes at a fixed time, the electrical supply is what the building already has, and the staff count is not going up. This is how we size and fit out that room.
What the Finished Room Does
The measure is simple: every prescription taken in during a session is decocted, sealed, labelled and handed over before the window closes.

Every Stage From Enquiry to a Working Room
Where projects go wrong is rarely the machine. It is a power supply nobody checked, a door narrower than the frame, or film ordered too late.
Buyers ask for a model number before anyone has counted prescriptions per session, so the machine either cannot clear the window or is twice the size needed.
We start from prescriptions per session and pairs per prescription, and work back to pot volume, pot count and cycle time. The model comes out of that arithmetic, not the other way round.
A machine 1400 mm wide arrives at a door that is 900 mm, or the room has no clearance above the pot lids.
We send dimensions and clearances before the order and ask for door widths and ceiling height. If the frame will not get in, we say so before it is built.
A three-pot unit draws 6,300 W. Older pharmacy supplies often cannot take that alongside everything else on the circuit.
Total power and voltage are confirmed in writing with your engineering team before the build starts. Voltages other than 220 V are built to order rather than adapted with a transformer on site.
Pouch size and fill volume set at the factory rarely match how a specific pharmacy doses.
Pouch length between 95 and 180 mm, fill volume between 50 and 250 ml, and English control panel labelling are all set before the build. Payment by T/T starts it.
A machine tested only in sections can still fail as a complete cycle on site.
Every unit is run as a full decoction and sealing cycle before packing. Wear parts and packing film go in the crate, and export documents are issued with the shipment.
A commissioned machine that nobody has been trained on becomes a machine that is used at half its rate.
Free remote video guidance covers most installations. For multi-unit orders we send a technician to install and train operators, and we can train your maintenance staff at the Tianjin plant.
Sites run out of packing film or lose the wear parts that shipped with the machine.
Film and non-woven bags are reordered from the same supplier as the machine so the pouch always matches the sealing jaws. We set a reorder point with you at handover.
Once the warranty ends, some suppliers stop answering.
Video diagnosis stays free with no end date. After the warranty, parts are supplied at cost price and you cover the freight.
