Sealing Jaw and Heat Roller Maintenance

The packing module on the HCK2000 uses 800 W of heat sealing power with roller temperatures adjustable between 100 and 199 degrees Celsius. If herbal liquid drips onto these rollers, it chars and causes uneven pouch seals or torn film.

Inspect the upper and lower sealing rollers at the end of each packing shift. Cleaning the roller faces maintains hermetic heat sealing across continuous speeds of up to eight pouches per minute for 50 to 250 ml pouch volumes.

• Check roller faces operating between 100 and 199 degrees Celsius for burnt liquid film or melted plastic debris
• Clean roller surfaces only after turning off the 220 V supply and letting the 800 W heater assembly cool completely
• Confirm proper alignment of the packaging film roll so liquid pouches between 95 and 180 mm seal evenly

Airtight Vessel and Hand Extrusion Care

Herb pulp can lodge in the press plate and around the hermetic seal of the chamber. Wash the extrusion mechanism and rinse the airtight lid seals after pressing to ensure the vessel seals completely for the next hermetic extraction.

• Wash the hand extrusion press plate immediately after squeezing herbal liquid to stop sticky plant extracts from hardening
• Wipe vessel lid seals clean to maintain an airtight hermetic barrier during subsequent high-volume decoction cycles
• Rinse the drain valve and transfer connection thoroughly before pumping extracted liquid into separate packing units
