Requirement Review
What goes wrong. A brand catalogue usually lists classes in one standard while the factory drawing uses another, and the mismatch surfaces after the first order.
How we handle it. Our engineers map your catalogue designations onto the GB, ANSI, BS, DIN, AS or IEC design that will actually be produced, before anything is quoted.
Class And Coupling Selection
What goes wrong. Private label buyers often inherit an installed base with mixed coupling sizes from previous suppliers.
How we handle it. We work from the coupling size stamped on the units being replaced, across the 11 mm to 32 mm range in our published tables, so the new units mate with hardware already in the field.
Marking Definition
What goes wrong. Marking that does not match the buyer catalogue causes acceptance disputes on site.
How we handle it. Marking content and format are fixed in writing before production so the class, brand and year read the way your documentation says they will.
Production
What goes wrong. A private label run has to be as traceable as a house brand run, not a side batch.
How we handle it. Units run through the same line and the same routine mechanical and electrical testing as everything else, under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
Packing And Marking Check
What goes wrong. Cartons and labelling are where private label orders most often go wrong.
How we handle it. Packing and outer marking are specified with the order against your destination, transport mode and warehouse labelling requirements.
Ongoing Supply
What goes wrong. A brand needs repeat orders to be identical to the first one, not merely equivalent.
How we handle it. The agreed designation, marking and packing specification is held against your account so a repeat order reproduces the original.
