From your drawing or sample through to a production part
Most of the range is already made to order rather than pulled from a fixed size list. That means the same route is used whether you are adjusting one dimension on a standard hook or bringing an entirely new part into production.
The Route
Stage by Stage
Nothing here is assumed. What we cannot read off a sample is confirmed with you in writing.

Requirement
Tell us the application, the load direction, the material grade and the market the part is sold into. A photo of the existing part is usually enough to start.
- 02
Drawing or sample
Send a drawing by WhatsApp or email, or post a physical sample. We work from either. Dimensions we cannot read off a sample are confirmed with you in writing.
- 03
Material and finish
Choose 304 or 316 stainless, aluminium or carbon steel, then the finish: polishing, hot dip galvanising, zinc plating or anodised colour.

Sample
Free samples are available with freight prepaid by the buyer. Sample approval fixes the reference for the production run.
- 05
Production
Forming, machining, polishing and assembly are done in the Fujian plant, which covers 4,500 m² and employs around 100 people.
- 06
Inspection and packing
Parts are checked and packed to the carton and label format your market needs before the shipment is booked.

Do you charge for samples
Samples themselves are free. The freight is prepaid by the buyer.
Can you work from a physical sample instead of a drawing
Yes. Send the sample and we will confirm back in writing the dimensions we have measured so nothing is assumed.
Which materials can you work in
304 and 316 stainless steel, aluminium and carbon steel across the metal range, plus polypropylene, polyester and nylon on the rope items.
Can you apply our brand marking
Marking, colour and packaging are all handled as OEM work. Send the artwork with the part code and we will confirm what that forming process allows.
