What We Supplied
The HQ002 frameless model, produced in the required size range with the frosting width and LED output held constant as the mirror got wider.
Manufacturing Process
All sizes were produced in the same batch from the same glass and LED specification, which is what keeps a W36 and a W60 reading the same on adjacent floors.
Supply Chain Coordination
Delivery was arranged to the property with customs cleared, scheduled against the bathroom fit-out rather than the production completion date.
Quality Control
Each mirror was tested and inspected before packing, with the load bearing test applied to the mounting system.
