What blends do you knit performance socks in?
The styles currently in our range use merino wool with nylon and elastane, and merino with acrylic, polyester and elastane. Our Intertek scope certificates also cover recycled post-consumer polyester with elastane and nylon for GRS labelled programs.
Can you knit to our existing technical pack?
Yes. Send the pack with blend percentages, cushioning zones, cuff height and sizing, and we will quote against it rather than pushing you onto a stock last.
Do you supply socks with recycled content certification?
Yes. Shanghai Hicon Industrial Co., Ltd holds Intertek GRS 4.0 scope certificate ITS-TE-00027792-GRS-02591200 covering socks and hosiery in recycled post-consumer polyester blends.
What quality checks happen before shipment?
Every order gets a mandatory mid-term inspection during production and a final inspection before shipment, both carried out by the HICON team rather than the factory.
