How a Cold Storage Project Starts
Most cold storage projects go wrong in the first week, not the last. If volume, target temperature, product type and site climate are not pinned down before pricing, every later decision inherits the error.

The starting point is three numbers and one location: how much you need to store, at what temperature, and where the building sits. From those, our engineers produce a preliminary heat load, a chamber layout and a budget estimate — normally within 48 hours.
We then issue technical drawings and a 3D model of the proposed facility. Buyers who have never commissioned a cold store before use the model to check the things drawings hide: where forklifts turn, how far a pallet travels from dock to rack, whether the plant room door is reachable with a compressor on a pallet truck.
Only when the layout is agreed does the scope get frozen and priced properly. Everything after that — procurement, construction, commissioning, training and handover — follows the document set issued at this stage.
