Machines that have to keep working after dark lose accuracy and speed when the task area is badly lit, and they lose hours when a lamp fails on a vibrating mount. Dantech builds sealed die-cast lamps with protected drivers so the lighting is not the thing that stops the machine.
Vibration
Solder joints, connector pins and bracket bolts fail long before an LED does. The newest work lamp series is tested to 50G shock resistance.
Heat
LEDs dim as junction temperature rises. Die-cast aluminium housings act as the heat sink and over-temperature protection cuts drive current before damage.
Water and Dust
The outdoor range is sealed to IP68, with UV stable polyester powder coating and polycarbonate lenses rather than glass.
