How a Dantech order runs from first model list through to a loaded container.
Four Stages From First Question to Delivered Goods
Each stage lists the problem it exists to prevent, then what happens in practice.
Model Selection
A list of wattages is not enough to quote against.
Send the machine, the mounting position and the voltage system. We come back with the model numbers from the range that actually fit, with the spec sheet for each.
Sampling
Photographs do not tell you how a lamp behaves on a vibrating machine.
Samples go out before volume so the beam, the bracket and the connector can be checked on the real machine.
Production
Mixed orders across several categories are where lead times slip.
Production is scheduled across the whole order so the container ships complete rather than in parts, normally in 30 to 40 days.
Shipping and After Sales
The relationship does not end at the bill of lading.
Products carry a two year warranty. Replacement parts for a claim are consolidated into the next shipment where the timing allows.
