Order quantity depends on width and film grade. Send us the widths and monthly volume you need on WhatsApp and we will confirm the minimum for that specification.
Which machine do I need to inflate this film
Any air cushion machine matched to the film width. AWPACK-004 handles film up to 600 mm at 10 m per minute, and AWPACK-005 handles film up to 800 mm at 28 m per minute.
How long do the inflated cushions hold their air
Cushions made from this film hold pressure for three to six months, which covers ocean transit and warehouse dwell before final delivery.
Can you print our logo on the film
Yes. We print on our own film printing line, so logo film can run in the same order as plain film. Send artwork and the width you need.
Is a biodegradable version available
