This device is a small vertical mixed tube/box furnace with a chamber size of 100*100*130 mm. As a standalone box furnace, it can be used for heat treatment of samples in an air environment. The furnace comes equipped with a single-end sealed quartz tube and stainless steel sealing flanges, allowing for heat treatment of samples under vacuum or protective atmosphere conditions. The equipment’s maximum temperature reaches 1200°C, with a power consumption of only 1200W. Additionally, its compact size allows it to be operated inside a glove box.
