Once the program is set, the press automatically completes pressurizing, pressure holding, and pressure release, with a maximum holding time of up to 999 seconds.
A 7-inch English touch screen provides intuitive and user-friendly operation, while the integrated safety cover ensures safe handling during high-pressure processes. Compared with manual hydraulic presses, this ZYLAB automatic model delivers superior pressure control accuracy, making it ideal for producing high-quality powder pellets for analytical, semiconductor, ceramic, and industrial R&D applications.
ZYLAB offers a wide range of planetary ball mills and grinding jars for particle size reduction before pressing, as well as Tablet Press Molds compatible with this automatic pellet press.
