Can you specify a whole line for machinery & equipment oems rather than single machines?
Yes. We start from one capacity figure and size every stage from it, so the line balances instead of arriving as a set of machines that do not match.
What information do you need before quoting?
The throughput you are aiming at, the product, the shift pattern and what utilities are available at the site. With those four things most specifications settle in one exchange.
Do you handle installation?
We supply installation drawings and wiring diagrams and support your team by WhatsApp during start up. Physical installation is carried out locally.
Can equipment be added to an existing plant?
Usually yes. Send a layout drawing or photographs of the existing pipework and equipment and we will say what is practical before you commit.
How is the order shipped?
Items are consolidated in Shanghai and released together, so the installation crew has everything rather than waiting on a part shipment.
