Requirement Review
Problem. A specification arrives quoting a system voltage and a load, without the creepage, coupling and mounting constraints that actually decide the design.
How we handle it. We work back from the installed situation: tower or structure drawing, existing hardware, pollution class, and the mechanical loads the unit has to carry.
Design Against a Standard
Problem. A non-standard unit still has to be testable against a recognised standard, or nobody can accept it.
How we handle it. The design is anchored to the closest GB, ANSI, BS, DIN, AS or IEC design so the test regime and acceptance criteria are established from the start.
Sample and Verification
Problem. Committing a production run to an unverified design risks the whole delivery.
How we handle it. Samples are produced and tested before the production order is released, and the results are issued to you for review.
Production and Routine Testing
Problem. A verified design still has to be reproduced consistently across a full order.
How we handle it. Production runs under an ISO 9001:2015 certified system with routine tests applied and records issued with the shipment.

What information do you need to start?
The system voltage, the mechanical loads, the pollution class, the coupling or mounting arrangement, and the standard you need to buy against. Drawings of the existing hardware help most.
Can you match an insulator we already have in service?
Send the physical dimensions, coupling designation and any markings from the unit. Where the design falls within our production range we will confirm what can be matched.
Is there a minimum quantity for a non-standard design?
Tooling and verification make small runs uneconomic, so quantity is discussed with the enquiry. Send the intended volume and we will tell you whether the case works.
