Printing, cutting, die cutting, finishing and assembly run at Xiamen LJY Printing Industrial Co., Ltd., our co-owned factory in Xiamen, on three sets of Heidelberg presses with inspection during every production step.

Yes. Glossy or matt lamination, foil stamping, embossing, debossing and UV spot are all run here, and they are regularly combined, for instance matt lamination across the bag with a foil stamped logo panel.

It depends on load and look. Cotton rope, satin ribbon and twill ribbon read as gift packaging; PP and terylene handles take heavier contents; paper handles keep the bag in a single material for recycling.
