PP woven with lamination gives a firmer body and a sealed printable face. Plain nonwoven is softer and lighter. Both are reusable, so the choice is usually about finish and feel.
How do the totes arrive?
They are counted into polybags of 100pcs, and those polybags are packed into cartons. Opening one polybag gives you a known quantity without recounting the whole carton.
