Four Problems That Show Up on Every Packing Line
Thread Standards That Do Not Match
IBC valves come in S60x6, M80x3 and S100x8, and jerry can necks in DIN51, DIN60, DIN61 and 42mm. We stock across those standards and supply reducers and adapters between them, so a mixed fleet can be brought onto one accessory set.
Leaks That Start at the Closure
Most containment failures happen at the seal, not in the wall of the container. Gasket material is selected against the filled product rather than fitted as standard, with EPDM, BUNA, FKM, NBR, PE, TPE, EPE and silicone available across the closure range.
Packaging That Cannot Be Reused
Open head drums with locking rings, IBCs with removable lids and HDPE jerry cans are all specified so they can be cleaned, sanitised and refilled. Reuse is where packaging cost actually comes down.
Shipments Held Up by Approval

Yes. The adapters, spouts, lids and valves are designed to fit most IBC brands, and reducers are available between S100x8, S60x6 and M80x3 thread standards.
