The plastic drums, jerry cans and IBC containers are food grade, subject to your product and your own local approvals.
Which drum is easiest to clean between batches?
An open head drum, because the lid and locking ring come off completely and give access to the whole interior.
Do you supply stainless fittings?
Yes. The stainless steel drum spigot with silicone seal is supplied for water and wine duties.
