Own-logo consoles and own-package builds are standard. That covers the silkscreen on the console, the on-screen units and language, the manual, the colour box and the master carton. For retail programmes the pack is usually the long-pole item, so we start it in parallel with the electrical sample rather than after it. MOQ for a private-label build runs 300 to 1,000 pcs depending on the model.

What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ runs 300-1,000 pcs depending on the model. Tell us the model and the market and we will confirm the band.
How long does a first production order take?
35-45 days for normal delivery once the sample and artwork are approved.
Who owns the tooling and the design?
Ownership is agreed in writing before development starts. Where we develop to your specification, the commercial terms cover the tooling and the design rights explicitly.
Is compliance included?
CE and FCC work is planned into the project rather than added at the end. The existing range holds CE against RED 2014/53/EU and an FCC grant under FCC ID 2ALHJ-WS0300.
