Most of our thermo-hygrometer consoles receive up to eight remote sensors, each set to its own channel with dip switches on the sensor itself. There is no pairing app and no gateway. For the customer that means a site with eight cabinets, rooms or greenhouses buys one display and eight sensors, sets eight switches, and is finished. Extra sensors are ordered as spares against the same channel scheme, so a site can grow without replacing the console.

Assign each location a channel before installation; the dip switch is the whole commissioning step.

Channel count does not change the radio range; each sensor still has to reach the console.

Sensors are catalogue items, so a failed point is replaced, not re-engineered.

High and low alarms are set per channel on the consoles that support them.

What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ runs 300-1,000 pcs depending on the model. Tell us the model and the market and we will confirm the band.
How long does a first production order take?
35-45 days for normal delivery once the sample and artwork are approved.
Who owns the tooling and the design?
Ownership is agreed in writing before development starts. Where we develop to your specification, the commercial terms cover the tooling and the design rights explicitly.
Is compliance included?
CE and FCC work is planned into the project rather than added at the end. The existing range holds CE against RED 2014/53/EU and an FCC grant under FCC ID 2ALHJ-WS0300.
