How This Works in Practice
For urgent orders we initiate an expedited production process, shortening the production cycle as far as possible while keeping quality intact. SINOHENG exports in bulk to more than 30 countries and regions across Southeast Asia, Africa, the Middle East and South America, so export documentation and shipping arrangements are part of the normal order process rather than an afterthought.
Step by Step
Order confirmation
Specification and drawing approval, which is where most schedule slippage actually happens, so it is worth doing quickly and carefully.
Production scheduling
Urgent orders are moved up the schedule; we confirm a realistic date rather than the earliest possible one.
Manufacturing
Cutting, submerged arc welding of main beams, tank or body fabrication, assembly of axles, braking and suspension.
Surface treatment
Shot blasting and coating to the specification quoted, which on tank models is stated as SA2.5 with polyurethane topcoat at 80 micron or more.
Inspection and dispatch
Finished product inspection, then loading and export documentation for your port of destination.
