Industry Application

Trailers for Ports and Container Logistics

Chassis fleets for quay depot and inland container movements at the lowest tare weight.

Pain Points

What Goes Wrong With the Wrong Trailer

Gross weight is capped, so chassis weight is cargo

Skeletal tare from 4,600 kg on the 20-foot chassis and around 5,800 kg on the 12.5 m three-axle build.

Tight yards punish long chassis

The 7,460 mm straight 20-foot chassis turns inside container stacks where a 40-foot unit cannot.

Unpacking bulk containers wastes hours

A tipping chassis with a HYVA hydraulic system discharges the box directly.

Delivery Capability

How the Order Actually Runs

Specification and drawing approval first, then production, inspection and export documentation for your destination port. Urgent orders move into an expedited production process without dropping inspection stages.

FAQ

Questions From Ports and Container Logistics Buyers

Skeletal or flatbed for container work?

Skeletal if you only move boxes; it is lighter and cheaper. Flatbed if you take general cargo backhauls, which usually more than repays the extra weight.

Can one chassis carry 20 ft and 40 ft?

Yes, on the 12.5 m builds. Confirm every box size you run so twist lock positions are set correctly.

Is ABS fitted as standard?

Most published builds list axles without ABS. Tell us at the order stage if your registration requires it.

Send Us Your Duty Cycle

Tell us the material, the distance, the road quality and your legal axle loads. We will recommend two or three builds and quote them.
