SINOHENG China Trailer Factory is well aware that the transportation needs of different customers vary greatly, so we offer highly customized trailer product solutions. In practice that means the specification is settled before any steel is cut: cargo type, legal axle loads in your market, tractor fifth wheel height, and the road conditions the trailer will actually work on.
Step by Step
Requirement review
You tell us the cargo, the route and your legal gross and axle weights. We work back from those limits rather than from a catalogue model.
Specification and drawing
Dimensions, steel grades, axle count and brand components are set out on a drawing for your approval before production starts.
Component selection
Axles from FUWA or BPW, JOST kingpins, WABCO braking and your preferred tyre brand, chosen around what your local workshops can service.
Production
High-strength steel and optimised design keep load-bearing capacity high while holding weight down, which is where your payload comes from.
Inspection before dispatch
From raw material procurement through to finished product inspection, every link is controlled and defects are removed before the trailer ships.

How much can actually be changed?
Length, deck or tank dimensions, side height, floor thickness, steel grade, axle count and brand, suspension type, kingpin size, tyres, lamps and markings. Tell us the constraint and we will tell you whether it is buildable.
Do I need a drawing before ordering?
Yes, and we produce one. Approving a drawing is the only way to be sure the trailer will be legal and will couple to your tractors.
Can you build to our own design?
Yes. Send the drawing and we will review it against our production capability and quote from it.
