To ensure trailers are always in the best operating condition and to extend their service life, SINOHENG China Trailer Factory provides regular trailer maintenance and inspection services. The components we select have all undergone strict quality inspection and certification, key components carry a warranty period, and customers receive detailed maintenance recommendations including inspection intervals and replacement cycles.
Step by Step
Wear part monitoring
Axles, tyres and brake pads are the parts that fail first under high mileage, so they set the inspection interval.
Structural inspection
Regular checks of the body, frame and suspension system. If anything abnormal appears in the structure, contact us before continuing to load.
Brake system service
Spring brake chambers, relay valves and air tanks checked and drained, particularly in humid climates.
Suspension fasteners
Leaf spring U-bolts and suspension frames retorqued after the first loaded trips and at each service.
Spare parts supply
Brake chambers, leaf springs, lamps and wear plate can be ordered with the trailer and shipped in the same container.

What is covered by warranty?
Key components carry a warranty period. The exact terms are confirmed in writing with your quotation, so ask for them before you order.
How often should the frame be inspected?
At least annually, and immediately after any incident or unusually heavy load. Structural cracks grow quickly once they start.
Can you ship spares to my country?
Yes. Ordering spares with the trailer is cheapest; afterwards we ship separately against your parts list.
