Trailers for Fuel and Energy Logistics
Bulk diesel petrol and bitumen distribution where tare weight and tank material set the margin.
What Goes Wrong With the Wrong Trailer
Tare weight is lost revenue on every trip
Aluminium alloy tanks reduce self-weight by roughly 30% to 40% against carbon steel at the same volume, which goes straight onto the payload.
Multi-grade routes need compartments
Three to nine compartment layouts are built around your actual delivery drops rather than a standard division.
Hot product needs heating, not just insulation
Bitumen tankers carry all-round rock wool insulation plus a heat transfer oil heating system.

Specification and drawing approval first, then production, inspection and export documentation for your destination port. Urgent orders move into an expedited production process without dropping inspection stages.
Questions From Fuel and Energy Logistics Buyers
Aluminium, stainless or carbon steel?
Aluminium for maximum payload on fuel. Stainless where the medium is chemical or food grade. Carbon steel where purchase price and local repair matter more than payload.
Can you fit pumps and meters?
Yes, pump systems and flow meters are listed options on our fuel tankers. Tell us whether you deliver metered volumes.
Do the tanks come tested?
The published builds state hydrostatic testing at 5 psi (35 kPa) per compartment and welding by qualified welders to the applicable national standard.
Send Us Your Duty Cycle
Tell us the material, the distance, the road quality and your legal axle loads. We will recommend two or three builds and quote them.
