Technical Construction
The 3-axis layout optimizes the axle load distribution to keep the single-axis load within the range of 13 to 16 tons. With aluminum alloy wheels and low rolling resistance tires, the vehicle’s self-weight is reduced by 1.5 to 2 tons compared to carbon steel models. Taking a 45-cubic-meter tank as an example, it can carry an additional 1.8 tons of diesel in a single trip. Calculated based on an annual operation of 200,000 kilometers, the annual income increase exceeds 200,000 yuan.
Build and Finish
In terms of safety configuration, it is equipped with dual-circuit pneumatic braking and an EBS electronic braking system as standard, reducing the braking response time to 0.3 seconds. Combined with the anti-rollover stability system, the rollover critical Angle under full load reaches 32°, which is 15% higher than the industry standard. Four anti-wave plates are set inside the tank to reduce the liquid impact force by 60%. Combined with the dual sealing design of the top breather valve and the bottom discharge valve, the risk of transportation leakage is reduced to less than 0.02%.

316L is specified where the medium is more aggressive, typically chemical liquids. 304 is normal for fuel and many food grade duties. Send us the product data sheet and we will confirm.
Can the same tank carry food oil and diesel?
Not without a documented cleaning regime, and many food buyers prohibit it outright. Dedicate the tanker to one product family wherever the contract allows.
What is the tare weight?
