Finished after cold rolling by heat treatment, pickling or an equivalent treatment, and lastly by cold rolling to give appropriate lustre. Used for medical equipment, the food industry, construction material and kitchen utensils.
BA
Processed with bright heat treatment after cold rolling. Used for kitchen utensils, electric equipment and building construction.
NO.3
Finished by polishing with No.100 to No.120 abrasives specified in JIS R6001. Used for kitchen utensils and building construction.
NO.4
Finished by polishing with No.150 to No.180 abrasives specified in JIS R6001. Used for kitchen utensils, building construction and medical equipment.
HL
Finished by polishing so as to give continuous polishing streaks using abrasive of a suitable grain size. Used for building construction.

The surface finished by heat treatment and pickling or corresponding processes after hot rolling. Used for chemical tanks and pipe.
