Baby products fail commercially in two ways: a shipment that does not match the sample, and a market that will not accept the paperwork. Both are handled before the container is sealed, not after.
How It Runs Step by Step

Incoming raw material
Resin and fabric are checked on arrival against what the signed sample was built from.

Injection moulding
First-off parts are checked at the machine. Moulding is in our own workshop, so a problem is corrected on the same shift.

Assembly
Seals, scoops, valves and fittings are checked as they go together, where a fault is still cheap to fix.

Packing
Carton contents, colour box, labelling and barcodes are checked against your packing list.

Pre-shipment sampling
A sample is drawn and inspected by professional QC staff, not by the operators who built it.

Quality Control and Compliance Questions
Which certifications do your products hold?
Certificates on file include CE for the kids headphone, and test certificates for the bubble machine and the water play mat. Scope varies by SKU and by destination market, so ask for the specific SKU and market and we will send what exists. TBC per SKU.
Are you ISO certified?
Production and management are run to ISO procedure. Ask us for the current certificate status for your file before you rely on it in a tender. TBC.
Can we send our own inspector?
Yes. Third-party and customer inspections are welcome; tell us at PO stage so the booking lines up with the packing date.
Who performs the pre-shipment inspection?
Professional QC staff, separate from the production line. Sampling happens before shipping, against the signed golden sample.
What happens if a shipment does not match the sample?
Raise it with the sales contact on your order with photos and the carton and batch marks. The signed golden sample is the reference both sides argue from, which is why it is signed.
Can you run additional lab testing?
Testing to a specific standard can be arranged at cost. Tell us the standard and the destination market and we will quote the test alongside the order.
